LunaJoy is an intermediary platform connecting pet owners ("Clients") with independent pet care providers ("Sitters"). Services are provided by Sitters, not by LunaJoy.

New accounts are activated only after approval by the LunaJoy team. Sitters appear in search only after LunaJoy has verified their identity.

Booking process: the Client sends a request, the Sitter accepts or declines, and the booking is confirmed after payment. The total price is shown before the request is sent.

The LunaJoy fee is deducted from the Sitter's amount and shown to the Sitter on every booking.
